This application is available to eligible businesses that are located in, or will commit to locating in, St. Bernard Parish for a minimum of two (2) years, have annual revenues not exceeding $1,000,000, employ no more than five (5) individuals, and have been in operation for five (5) years or less or are existing businesses establishing a new division or entity. Nonprofits and past Startup St. Bernard Winners and Finalists are not eligible to enter.

Business Plan Requirements
Please submit a business plan that, at a minimum, includes:
Executive Summary
Business Description
Market Analysis (The market you’re trying to enter, competitors, where you fit, and what type of market share you believe you can secure)
Operations and Management (Description of your management team, including the experience of key team members and previous successes)
Market Strategies (How you plan to market the product or service)
SWOT (Analysis of your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats)
Finances and Financial Requirements (A cash flow statement that shows current needs, future needs, and how cash flow could impact growth)
